My focus on IT resumes and IT job coaching is a natural result of my work as a recruiter, and an IT headhunter. The resume format and style that I recommend is the one that I developed over the years to effectively present candidates to my clients. And let’s face it, since I got paid when a client hired someone that I presented to them, I spent a lot of time preparing my candidates and their resumes.

My resume style and format has been successful at getting people interviews…the whole point of a great resume!
